摘要
散货码头粉尘污染是国际共性问题。国内外学者经过长期不懈努力,已经基于不同粉尘防控机理提出多种成熟、高效的抑尘技术和除尘技术。当前我国散货码头仍以传统码头为主,采取的粉尘防控措施多为“补救式”措施,粉尘防控方案缺乏系统性和科学性,粉尘污染问题虽有所缓解,但无法根本解决。本文基于SC理论,针对散货码头粉尘污染以TSP为主的情况,对散货码头TSP防控方案设计的方法进行研究,给出一套基于SC理论的散货码头TSP防控方案设计框架,为我国散货码头科学、系统地设计粉尘防控方案提供参考。
Dust pollution in bulk terminals is a common problem in the world.After long-term unremitting efforts,Chinese and foreign scholars have proposed a variety of mature and efficient dust suppression technologies and dust removal technologies based on different dust prevention and control mechanisms.At present,China's bulk cargo terminals are still dominated by traditional terminals,and most of the dust prevention and control measures are remedial measures.The dust prevention and control plan lacks systematicness and scientificity.Although the dust pollution problem has been alleviated,it cannot be fundamentally solved.Therefore,based on SC theory,this paper studies the design method of TSP prevention and control scheme for bulk terminals,and provides a set of design framework of TSP prevention and control scheme for bulk terminals based on SC theory,which provides a reference for the scientific and systematic design of dust prevention and control scheme for bulk terminals in China.
