摘要
武汉火神山医院建设工期异常紧张,建设规模大、功能设施齐全、涵盖专业众多,极短工期下各专业交叉明显,专业间互相制约。为理清各专业工序施工思路,建设管理中通过精心策划,采用快速建造、EPC管理、设计与资源相结合、科学组织、高效协调的总体思路,进行科学合理的施工组织,利用分区、工程量相近原则,重点抓住施工部署、计划管理、资源组织等关键环节,并进行工程整体推演,进行室内、室外工序分析,最终保工期、保质量完成施工任务。
The construction period of Huoshenshan Hospital is extremely tight,with a large construction scale,complete functional facilities and a wide range of specialties,each major crosses obviously under extremely short time limit,the major restricts mutually,in order to clarify the construction process of various professional ideas,through careful planning in the construction management,adopting the general ideas of rapid construction,EPC management,the combination of design and resources,scientific organization and university coordination,scientific and reasonable construction organization is carried out,by using the principle of zoning and similar amount of work,the key links such as construction deployment,plan management and resource organization should be grasped.In addition,the whole project is deduced,indoor and outdoor process analysis is carried out,and the final construction task is completed to ensure the construction period and quality.
