摘要
武汉火神山医院建设工期异常紧张,为尽全力保工期、保质量完成施工任务,项目设计阶段采取高效协同的管理思路,在设计管理中通过设计策划,进行科学合理地组织。结合EPC模式管理理念,满足设计使用功能及现场进度要求的基本前提下,深度融合设计与施工可建造性及资源招采。通过进一步比选及优化设计方案,全过程助推项目实施,保障项目顺利完成。
The construction period of W uhan Huoshenshan Hospital is extremely tight,in order to make effort to ensure the construction period and quality,in the stage of project design,a highly efficient and coordinated management method is adopted,in the design management through the design planning,the scientific and reasonable organization is carried out.Combined with the EPC mode management philosophy,under the basic premise of meeting the requirements of design function and site schedule,the deep integration of design and construction constructability and resource procurement are carried out.Through the further comparison and optimization of the design scheme,the whole process promotes the implementation of the project,the smooth completion is ensured.
