摘要
近年来,随着我国工业化进程快速发展,对于石油的使用量和需求量日益增加,石油的冶炼过程中产生的主要污染物就是含油污泥。这些由石油化工产业在石油加工过程中形成的含油污泥的成分极其复杂导致处理起来过于困难,如何高效无害化进行含油污泥的有效处理这么多年来一直是石油化工企业所面临的一大难题。本文介绍了目前含油污泥主要无害化、资源化处理技术,从技术原理、影响效果的因素、技术的优缺点等几个方面进行论述,分析和国内外技术发展现状,就处理技术的未来发展方向进行了展望。
In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s industrialization process,the usage and demand for petroleum are increasing day by day.The main pollutant produced in the process of smelting these petroleum is oily sludge.The composition of these oily sludge formed by petrochemical industry in the process of petroleum processing is extremely complex,which makes it too difficult to handle.How to effectively and innocuously handle oily sludge has been a major problem faced by petrochemical enterprises for so many years.This paper introduces the main harmless and resource-based treatment technologies for oily sludge at present,and discusses them from several aspects such as technical principles,factors affecting the effect,advantages and disadvantages of the technologies,analyzes the current development situation of the technologies at home and abroad,and looks forward to the future development direction of the treatment technologies.
