摘要
目的:探究优质护理应用于门诊就诊的老年糖尿病患者的效果。方法:2018年2月-2019年10月收治老年糖尿病患者76例,随机分为两组,各38例。参照组实施常规护理;试验组实施优质护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组护理后空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖水平、焦虑及抑郁评分均低于参照组,护理满意度明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理应用于门诊就诊的老年糖尿病患者,效果显著,可改善患者不良情绪,控制血糖水平,提高患者满意度。
Objective:To analyze the effect of high quality nursing for the elderly patients with diabetes in outpatient clinic.Methods:From February 2018 to October 2019,76 elderly patients with diabetes were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 38 cases in each group.The reference group implemented conventional nursing.The test group implemented high quality nursing.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:After nursing,the levels of fasting blood glucose and 2-h postprandial blood glucose,the anxiety and depression scores of the test group were lower than those of the reference group,the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The high quality nursing is effective for the elderly diabetic patients in outpatient clinic,it can improve patients’bad mood,control blood glucose level and improve patients’satisfaction.
