摘要
自2018年12月,国家启动(疾病)诊断相关分组(DRGs)付费方式改革试点以来,医院作为医疗服务供方,顺应DRGs的要求和应用,形势显得越来越重要和紧迫,通过湖北省卫生健康综合统计信息平台对某院2018年DRGs的评价结果、评价影响因素及病案首页数据进行回顾性分析,找出病案首页填写质量与编码能力、分组器分组结果不符合实际情况、分组系统不完善等有关原因,归纳了对现阶段DRGs在医院推广应用中遇到的问题,并提出了推行DRGs应用的5点建议.
Since December 2018,the country initiated DRGs payment method reform.As the providers of health services,it is more and more important and urgent for hospitals to conform the application requirement of DRGs.A retrospective analysis has been conducted with the DRGs evaluation results,the influence factors and the data of the first page of medical records through the Comprehensive Health Information Platform of Hubei Province,finds out releva nt reasons such as the quality of the medical records,coding capacity,imperfect grouping system and so on,and puts forward relevant suggestions for the existing problems at the present stage.
