摘要
目的以问题和需求为导向,构建中国疾控数据中心一体化运维监控系统.方法通过对疾控业务流程的梳理和需求分析,根据关键技术应用特点,提出平台化的系统设计、项目实施、实施效果评价和对比分析,以及存在一定的建设局限性.结果构建了一套智能化、全流程的立体监控管理平台.结论通过中国疾控数据中心在运维监控领域首次引入了BSM业务服务管理监控的理念,实现了以连续性为核心的运维监控系统的构建与应用,提升了对故障的智能化预警能力、发现能力和故障精确定位能力.
Objective To construct an integrated operation and maintenance monitoring system for the national disease control and prevention data center based on problems and needs.Methods Through combing the business process and demand analysis of disease control and prevention,and according to the application characteristics of key technologies,the platform-based system design,project implementation and implementation effect evaluation and comparative analysis were proposed.Result A set of intelligent and full-process three-dimensional monitoring and management platform was constructed.Conclusion Through the construction and application of the operation and maintenance monitoring system of the National Disease Control and Prevention Data Center,the capability of intelligent early warning,fault detection and accurate fault location have been improved.
