摘要
简要回顾了生态流量发展沿革,提出了生态流量定义,讨论了生态流量的理论要点,如水文情势是维系河湖生态健康的关键因素、把自然水文情势定义为生态流量的参照系统、建立水文情势改变-生态响应关系等,简要比较了水文法、水力学法、栖息地评价法和整体法等各类生态流量计算方法,针对水文学法、水力学法和生境模拟法给出了3个案例。
The development of ecological flow was reviewed.The definition of ecological flow was put forward.The major points of ecological flow were discussed,such as hydrological regime as the key factor to maintain the ecological health of rivers and lakes,natural hydrological regime as the reference system of ecological flow,and hydrological alteration-ecological response relationships establishment.The ecological flow assessment methods,such as hydrological method,hydraulic method,habitat evaluation method and holistic method,were compared.3 cases of hydrological method,hydraulic method and habitat evaluation method were given.
