摘要
数控机床的动态综合误差补偿是当前研究的尖端和热门领域。切削力导致的机床运行轨迹误差是机床动态综合误差的重要组成部分;随着强力、高效切削方式的推进和难加工材料的广泛使用,切削力数值增大,尤其对于高、精加工来说,对切削力误差的预防和补偿显得尤为重要。在分析国内外切削力误差研究的基础上,提出了通过分析传动链误差传递/多信号提取等研究方法,从而获得切削过程切削力和机床误差映射规律的方法;为切削力误差动态特性研究和切削力误差的测量和补偿提出了可供参考的研究方向。
The dynamic comprehensive error compensation of CNC machine tools is sophisticated and popular areas on current research.At present,error modeling and error measuring technology of CNC machine tool have a certain level,but they are far from the degree of commercial applications completely.The cutting force induced error is an important component on the dynamic error comprehensive of machine tool.As efficient cutting and hard cutting material used,error prevention and compensation of the cutting force induced error has been urgent.The new research method on the cutting force induced error have been proposed based on the review,which need identify the transfer mechanism between the relationship of the deformation of the operation cycle components and the cutting force induced error based on multiple sensor fusion technology,the proposed methods would be helpful in the research on the dynamic character and error measurement(error compensation)of the cutting force induced error.
