摘要
实施乡村振兴战略是改革开放四十年来对“三农”问题有效探索的理论结晶,山东省委决定打造乡村振兴的齐鲁样板,潍坊率先发力,作为“万名干部下基层乡村振兴服务队”的一员,我进行了走村入户调研和不间断的考察与思考。本文旨在通过调研与分析山东省青州市黄楼街道乡村振兴中的各种制约因素,进而为乡村振兴战略的部署提供可参考的依据。
The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is the theoretical crystallization of the effective exploration on the issues of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the past 40 years of reform and opening up.Shandong Provincial Party Committee has decided to build a Qilu model of rural revitalization,Weifang takes the lead in doing so.As a member of the service team for the revitalization of villages,I carried out research and continuous investigation and thinking.The aim is to provide reference basis for the deployment of rural revitalization strategy through investigation and analysis of various constraints in rural revitalization.
