摘要 为验证多载自动导引运输车(Automated Guided Vehicle, AGV)在自动化集装箱码头的适用场景,采用周期与事件混合驱动的滚动时域优化策略,解决多载AGV动态调度问题,提高码头AGV的作业效率。以AGV装载能力和充电后的续航能力为约束条件,构建自动化码头多载AGV动态作业调度的混合整数规划(Mixed Integer Linear Programming,MILP)模型。实例验证结果表明:在考虑40英尺箱占比变化的情况下,当40英尺箱占比达到约30%时,目标函数趋于最优,多载AGV电池的利用率最高;滚动周期的长短应根据实际情况加以确定。与单载AGV相比,集装箱码头的规模越大,多载AGV的优越性越明显。 The dynamic dispatch of multi-loading AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle)in automated container terminal scenario is studied.The rolling time domain optimization strategy based on cycle-event hybrid drive is introduced to optimize the dispatch scheme.A MILP(Mixed Integer Linear Programming)model of the dispatch problem is built.The optimization problem is solved under the constraints of the AGV loading capacity and the endurance capacity per charging.An example is calculated for verification.The calculation for handling boxes of mixture sizes shows that the objective function appears to be optimal when 30%of them are large boxes,and the greater the terminal in scale is,the more favorable multi-loading AGV is,compared to single-load AGV.
