摘要
目的探讨中医针灸、推拿及牵引联合中西药和常规中西药治疗在神经根型颈椎病治疗中的应用效果对比情况。方法2017年9月—2019年5月,我院住院治疗的神经根型颈椎病患者84例。随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各42例。对照组行常规颈痛颗粒联合布洛芬进行治疗,对照组在观察组的基础上联用中医针灸、推拿及牵引疗法。治疗后对比两组患者症状积分及治疗总有效率。结果治疗后观察组及患者的疼痛、椎旁压痛及麻木积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后各项积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医针灸、推拿及牵引联合中西药较常规中西药治疗在神经根型颈椎病治疗中的应用效果更好。
Objective To explore the comparison of application effects of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture traction combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods Selected 84 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy from September 2017 to May 2019,divided into observation group and control group,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional neck pain granules combined with ibuprofen.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture traction therapy,compared the symptom score and total effective rate of the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the scores of pain,paravertrebral tenderness and numbness in the observation group and the patients were all lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture traction combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine are more effective.
