摘要
采用电化学测试方法研究了γ/γ′共晶相对GH4720Li合金耐腐蚀行为的影响,利用光学显微镜和原子力显微镜分析了腐蚀前后的微观组织和相间电位。结果表明,GH4720Li合金中γ/γ′共晶相是由Al、Ti元素偏聚形成。电化学测试结果、原位腐蚀观察以及原子力显微镜测试结果均显示γ/γ′共晶相会导致该合金的耐腐蚀性能下降。GH4720Li合金γ/γ′共晶相中γ′相的耐蚀性元素质量分数低和连续分布是耐蚀性下降的根本原因。
The influence ofγ/γ′eutectic on corrosion resistance of GH4720 Li superalloy was studied by electrochemical test.The microstructure and interphase potential of the eutectic phase structure before and after corrosion were observed by optical microscope and atomic force microscope.The results showed that theγ/γ′eutectic phase in GH4720 Li supperalloy is formed by the partial aggregation of Al and Ti elements.The results of electrochemical test,in situ corrosion observation and atomic force microscope test all showed that theγ/γ′eutectic phase resulted in the decrease of corrosion resistance of the superalloy.The low corrosion resistance element mass fraction and continuous distribution of the phase in theγ/γ′eutectic phase of GH4720 Li superalloy are the fundamental reasons of the decrease of corrosion resistance.
