摘要
目的探讨对护理人员开展卡诺模型培训的效果。方法采用便利抽样法,2018年8月—2019年8月,从连云港市第二人民医院开展临床护理路径的科室中选择护理人员100名作为研究对象。对其进行关于卡诺模型的培训。比较培训前后护理人员和患者的满意度。结果培训后,护理人员工作满意度评分为(44.97±5.39)分,优于培训前的(37.41±3.75)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后,患者对护理人员满意度评分为(19.27±2.38)分,优于培训前的(11.74±1.97)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床实践中应用卡诺模型开展临床护理路径,不但能够提升护理人员工作满意度,还能够提高患者对护理人员的满意度,建立良好的护患关系,间接促进护理质量的提升。
Objective To explore the effects of Kano model training for nursing staff.Methods From August 2018 to August 2019,totally 100 nursing staff from the departments which carried out clinical nursing paths at the Second People's Hospital of Lianyungang were selected by convenient sampling.The nurses were trained with Kano model.The satisfaction of nursing staff and patients before and after training were compared.Results After training,the nursing staff's job satisfaction score was(44.97±5.39),which was better than(37.41±3.75)before training,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the patient's satisfaction score with the nursing staff was(19.27±2.38),which was better than(11.74±1.97)before training,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The Kano model used to carry out clinical nursing paths in clinical practice can not only improve the job satisfaction of nursing staff,but also improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing staff,establish a good nurse-patient relationship,and indirectly improve the nursing quality.
