摘要
20世纪二三十年代,随着大批知识分子下乡开展乡村建设,乡村教育呈现蓬勃发展之势。金海观是下乡知识分子中的一员。在他的领导下,浙江湘湖乡村师范学校积极开展工学制试验,拓展师资培训形式,在注重质量的基础上扩充规模,促进了近代中国乡村师范教育的发展,为中国乡村培养了大批合格师资。
In 1920s to 1930s,with a great number of intellectuals going to the countryside to carry out rural construction,the rural education took on a trend of developing rapidly.Jin Haiguan was one of them.Under his leading,Zhejiang Xianghu Rural Normal School tested Work Integrated Learning System,took more teacher training forms,and expanded its scale based on the improvement of quality,which promoted the development of rural normal education in modern China,and cultivated a large number of qualified rural teachers.
