摘要
抗菌肽作为一种由生物防御系统所产生对抗外源性病原体的肽类物质,具有一系列普通抗生素所不具备的优点,逐渐成为现代学术及应用研究的一个热点。该文介绍抗菌肽的理化特点及结构,着重分析抗菌肽在猪病防治中的应用。
As a kind of peptide produced by biological defense system against exogenous pathogens,antimicrobial peptides have a series of advantages that ordinary antibiotics do not have,and gradually become a hot spot in modern academic and applied research.In this paper,the physical and chemical characteristics and structure of antimicrobial peptides were introduced,and the application of antimicrobial peptides in the prevention and treatment of swine diseases was emphatically analyzed.
