摘要
目的:系统评价常规西药联合血府逐瘀汤治疗与常规西药治疗心血瘀阻证冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(以下简称冠心病)心绞痛的有效性与安全性.方法:计算机和手工检索检索电子数据库包括中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、万方数据在线知识服务平台、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP),搜集治疗心绞痛的常规西药联合血府逐瘀汤治疗心血瘀阻证心绞痛的随机对照试验文献(RCT).依据纳入标准筛选合格研究并提取数据,采用RevMan软件实施异质性检验、Meta分析、绘制倒置漏斗图等方法分析相关数据.结果:共纳入9篇临床研究文献,Meta分析结果显示,与常规西药组比较,常规西药联合血府逐瘀汤治疗心血瘀阻证心绞痛有效率较高[RR:1.24,95%CI(1.15,1.33),P<0.00001],能显著改善患者心电图临床症状[RR:1.36,95%CI(1.21,1.53),P<0.00001],且安全性较好.结论:常规西药联合血府逐瘀汤治疗心血瘀阻证心绞痛临床疗效好,但鉴于较低的纳入研究质量以及本研究的局限性,目前证据尚难以得出较可靠的结论.
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of the basic western medicine plus the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction(血府逐瘀汤)and the basic western medicine on coronary angina pectoris from heart disease of the Xinxue Yuzu symptom(心血瘀阻证).Methods:The randomized controlled trails on the basic conventional western medicine plus the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in treating coronary angina pectoris from heart disease were searched from the electronic database including CNKI database,Wanfang Data,Chongqing VIP,CBM.According to the inclusion standards,we filtered qualified researches and extracted data.Revman software was used to do the heterogeneity test.A Meta-analysis and drew inverted funnel plot to analyze the related data.Results:9 clinical research papers were included,the results of Meta-analysis showed that compared with the basic western medicine group,the group of western medicine plus the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction shows more effective[RR:1.24,95%CI(1.15,1.33),P<0.00001],and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of ECG[RR:1.36,95%CI(1.21,1.53),P<0.00001],with good safety.Conclusion:Based on the current evidence,the basic western medicine plus the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction can treat coronary angina pectoris from heart disease effectively.But because of the low quality of the inclusion standards and the limits of this study,the evidence above is difficult to draw reliable conclusions.
