摘要
目的:了解贵州黔南地区高龄孕产妇心理健康水平现状,探讨影响心理健康的主要因素,为今后开展有效的围生期心理保健和促进母婴身心健康提供理论依据。方法:选取2018年7月~2019年9月在贵州省黔南州某三甲医院住院分娩的296例高龄孕产妇作为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表、SCL-90症状自评量表对其进行评估。在此基础上,采用多因素逐步回归分析探讨影响心理健康的主要因素。结果:贵州黔南地区高龄孕产妇SCL-90测评总分及躯体化、焦虑、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、恐怖因子评分均高于国内成人常模(P<0.05或P<0.01)。文化程度、婚姻关系是心理健康的保护因素;家庭经济困难、既往不良孕产史、有妊娠合并症及并发症、计划外妊娠为不良心理状况发生的危险因素(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:黔南地区高龄孕产妇心理健康不容乐观,应加强对该类人群的心理筛查和心理干预,以保障妊娠顺利进行,促进母婴身心健康。
Objective To analyze the correlation between social support and coping style and mental health status of pregnant and lying-in women.Method A total of 296 elderly pregnant and lying-in women who gave birth in a third-class first-class hospital in qiandan prefecture from July 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects.The SCL-90 symptom self-rating scale,social support scale(SSRS)and trait coping style questionnaire(TCSQ)were used to investigate them.Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between social support and coping styles and mental health status.Results The total score of SCL-90 was higher than the national norm(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Objective support,subjective support,support utilization and positive coping scores were negatively correlated with the total score of SCL-90(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The negative coping score was positively correlated with the total score of SCL-90(P<05 or 0.P<0.01).Conclusion The mental health level of the elderly pregnant and lying-in women needs to be improved.Medical workers should strengthen the guidance of their positive coping methods in clinical work,help them to establish and improve a good social support system,improve their mental health status and promote the physical and mental health of their babies.
