摘要
总结王烈治疗儿童哮喘的临证经验。根据病机特点,将儿童哮喘分为发作期、缓解期及稳定期进行辨治。认为发作期以风、瘀实邪为主,治当祛风活血以止哮,予平哮汤加减,佐以止哮平喘之品;缓解期以正虚邪恋为主,予泻肺降气以定喘、补脾强肾以化痰,常用泻肺方、化痰方加减;稳定期则以肾元不足、痰气内伏为主,予益气除痰以固本,选固防汤加减。
This paper introduced Professor WANG Lie′s clinical experience in the treatment of infantile asthma. According to the pathogenesis characteristics, infantile asthma was divided into attacking stage, remitting stage and stable stage for syndrome differentiation and treatment. It is believed that the attacking stage was dominated by exce-ssive pathogen of wind and stasis, so it was necessary to dispel wind and activate blood to stop asthma. The patient was given modified Pingxiao Decoction(平哮汤), and supplemented with the antitussive and antiasthmatic products. In the remitting stage, it was mainly about lingering pathogen due to deficient vital qi. Purging lung and descending qi were used to relieve dyspnea, and invigorating spleen and tonifying kidney were used to resolve phlegm. Xiefei Decoction(泻肺方) and Huatan Decoction(化痰汤) were commonly used in the above. In the stable period, kidney qi was insufficient and phlegm qi was hidden, so benefiting qi to remove phlegm was used to consolidate body, and modified Gufang Decoction(固防汤) was applied.
