生物功能性义齿修复系统在制作下颌种植覆盖义齿中的应用效果 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨生物功能性义齿修复系统(BPS)在制作下颌种植覆盖义齿中的应用效果。方法选取我院2015年5月至2016年5月收治的40例全口无牙颌患者,按照治疗方法将其分为试验组(20例,BPS种植覆盖义齿)和对照组(20例,传统法种植覆盖义齿)。比较两组患者下颌全口义齿戴入3个月后的满意度及4年内基台固位片更换次数。结果试验组的黏膜情况和舒适性评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组4年内基台固位片更换次数明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论BPS在制作下颌种植覆盖义齿中的应用效果显著,更符合生物功能性原理,可提高患者对义齿的适应性和满意度,延长义齿的使用年限,可作为临床上对修复效果要求高的患者的选择方案。 Objective To explore the application effect of biofunctional prosthetic system(BPS)in making mandibular implant overdenture.Methods A total of 40 patients with complete edentulous jaw admitted in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected.According to the treatment methods,the patients were divided into experimental group(20 cases,BPS implant overdenture)and control group(20 cases,traditional implant overdenture).The satisfaction degree after3 months of mandibular complete denture wore and the replacement times of abutment retainer within 4 years were compared between the two groups.Results The mucosal condition and comfort scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The replacement times of abutment retainer within 4 years in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion BPS in making mandibular implant overdenture has a significant application effect,and it is more in line with the principle of biological function.It can improve the adaptability and satisfaction of patients with dentures,prolong the service life of dentures,and which can be used as a choice scheme for patients with high demand for prosthetic effect in clinic.
