摘要
目的观察右美托咪定复合全身麻醉对腹腔镜手术患者应激反应、免疫功能及术后苏醒的影响。方法选取在我院接受腹腔镜手术治疗的100例患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组采用全身麻醉,观察组采用右美托咪定复合全身麻醉。比较两组的麻醉效果。结果观察组的苏醒时间、Riker镇静-躁动评分、VAS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。T1、T2、T3时,观察组的HR、MAP、RR均优于对照组(P<0.05)。T4、T5时,观察组的Cor、AngⅡ、GLU水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。T4时,观察组的CD3^+、CD4^+水平及CD4^+/CD8^+优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜手术中,采用右美托咪定复合全身麻醉能增强麻醉效果,减少应激反应及对免疫功能功能的影响,利于维持患者生命体征稳定、促进术后苏醒及减少并发症的发生。
Objective To observe the effects of dexmedetomidine combined with general anesthesia on stress response,immune function and postoperative awakening in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received general anesthesia,and the observation group received dexmedetomidine combined with general anesthesia.The anesthetic effects of the two groups was compared.Results The awakening time,Riker sedation-agitation score and VAS score in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).At T1,T2 and T3,HR,MAP and RR in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).At T4 and T5,the levels of Cor,AngⅡand GLU in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).At T4,the levels of CD3^+,CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In laparoscopic surgery,dexmedetomidine combined with general anesthesia can enhance the anesthetic effect,reduce the stress response and the impact on immune function,help maintain the stability of vital signs of patients,promote postoperative awakening and reduce complications.
