摘要
“十三五”期间,江西科技成果转移转化成绩呈现出政策支持强化、人才队伍加强、转化率逐年提升等新景象。但类比其他省市而言,江西还处于中下游水平。转移转化模式单一,转化率偏低等是不争的事实和突出的短板。因此,在“十四五”期间,应聚焦电子信息、航空、中医药、VR、新材料等产业,以问题为导向,以开拓创新转移转化模式为抓手,促进科技创新成果转移转化,加快推进江西经济社会高质量跨越式发展。
During the 13th Five Year Plan period,Jiangxi’s achievements in the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements have shown a new panorama of strengthening policy support,strengthening the talent team and increasing the conversion rate year by year.But compared with other provinces and cities,Jiangxi is still at the level of middle and lower reaches.However,the single transformation mode and low transformation rate are indisputable facts and outstanding shortcomings.Therefore,in the 14th Five Year Plan,we must focus on electronic information,aviation,traditional Chinese medicine,VR,new materials and other industries;we should take the problem as the guide,take the development of innovative transfer and transformation mode as the tongs to promote the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological innovation achievements,and accelerate the high-quality leapfrog development of Jiangxi’s economy and society.
