摘要
随着大数据、云处理、区块链等信息技术的运用,档案事业取得了长足的发展。但学生档案信息化的发展较为滞后。文章以湖南城建职业技术学院为例,从学生档案工作的现状出发,探讨学生档案工作信息化建设的背景、意义、内容、方向和目标,以期实现学院学生档案工作的初步信息化建设。
Along with the application of big data,cloud processing,block chain and other information technologies,great progress has been made in the archival undertaking.However,the development of student archives informatization is lagging behind.Taking Hunan Urban Construction College as an example,this paper starts from the current situation of student archives work,probes into the background,significance,content,direction and objective of the informatization construction of student archives,in order to realize the preliminary informatization construction of student archives in the college.
