摘要
针对反向或双向挡水平面闸门主梁下翼缘对闸门结构强度、刚度和稳定性影响的问题,采用材料力学法和三维有限元法对其进行探究。对反向挡水闸门主梁设置和不设置下翼缘两种情况分别进行了计算,并对两种情况下主梁的强度、刚度、稳定性(整体和局部)和经济性等进行了对比分析。结果表明,与设置主梁下翼缘相比,不设置主梁下翼缘的反向挡水闸门主梁强度提高16. 9%,刚度提高10. 3%,稳定性提高22. 7%,节省材料30%。建议修订完善闸门规范时应明确指出对于反向或双向挡水平面闸门,主梁横截面为双轴对称时可不设置主梁下翼缘。研究可为实际工程中不设置闸门主梁下翼缘可确保反向或双向挡水闸门结构安全提供一定的理论基础。
In view of the influence of lower flange of main girder on the strength,stiffness and stability of reverse or bi-directional plane gate structure,the material mechanics method and the 3D finite element method are used to explore the problem.The main girders with or without lower flange are calculated,and the strength,stiffness,overall stability,local stability and economy of main girders under two conditions are compared.The results show that the strength,stiffness and stability of the main girder without lower flange are increased by 16.9%,10.3%and 22.7%respectively compared with the scheme with lower flange,and the material can be saved by 30%.It is suggested that,when the corresponding gate specifications are revised,it should be clearly pointed out that the lower flange of main girder of reverse or bi-directional water retaining plane gate may not be set when the cross section of main girder is biaxially symmetrical.This study can also provide a theoretical basis for ensuring the structural safety of reverse or bi-directional water retaining gate without setting the lower flange of main girder in practical engineering.
