摘要
电磁铁凭借其快速性和稳定性可作为真空断路器的合闸机构。由于电磁铁的结构参数较多,在过往设计研究中难以考虑各参数对电磁力影响的耦合关系,针对这一问题,提出了一种基于田口算法的电磁铁多结构优化方法。对电磁铁进行等效磁路分析,确定对电磁力影响较大的参数作为田口算法的控制因子;以不同位置的最大电磁力为优化目标,基于有限元分析和田口算法建立直角表,分析了各控制因子对电磁力的影响规律,考虑电磁铁的功率及体积限制,并对电磁铁的最终参数进行选择;将电磁场和运动方程耦合计算,开展了电磁机构的瞬态有限元分析,对比了电磁铁优化前后的运动特性;进行了样机实验,实验与仿真结果表明,经过优化后的电磁铁所需的驱动电流更小,使用100mF电容预充到72 V电压,可在135 ms内完成6 mm运动行程。该方法可指导电磁铁结构的优化。
The electromagnet can be used as the closing mechanism for the vacuum circuit breaker due to its rapidity and stability. By reason of a large number of structural parameters of electromagnet,it is hardly to consider the coupling relationship of the influence of various parameters on the electromagnetic force in the previous studies. On this basis,a multiparameter structural optimization method based on Taguchi method is proposed in this paper. The equivalent magnetic circuit analysis is carried out to determine the parameters which have great influence on the force as the control factor. The maximum electromagnetic force in different positions is chosen as optimization objective,the orthogonal array is set up based on the finite element method (FEM) and Taguchi method,and the influence of each control factor on the force is analyzed. After that,considering the limitation of power and volume,the final parameters of the electromagnet are selected. The transient FEM of the mechanism is carried out through coupling the electromagnetic field and the mechanical motion. The motion characteristics of electromagnet before and after optimization are compared. Finally,the prototype experiment is carried out. The simulation and experimental results show that the driving current of the electromagnet is smaller after optimization. Besides that,the electromagnetic can arrive 6 mm within 135 ms under the excitation source of 100 mF capacitor pre-charged 72 V. This method can guide the optimization of electromagnet structure.
