摘要
目的探讨CO2点阵激光联合激素及平阳霉素对瘢痕疙瘩患者疤痕疙瘩色泽和血管分布评分的影响.方法选取2017年8月-2018年11月于我院接受治疗的60例瘢痕疙瘩患者,依据抽签法,分为对照组(n=30)与观察组(n=30).两组均予以常规治疗,对照组予以CO2点阵激光联合激素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用平阳霉素治疗,比较两组临床疗效、疤痕疙瘩色泽、血管分布评分、柔软性、厚度、疼痛、瘙痒评分、复发率及不良反应发生率.结果与对照组总有效率70.00%相比,观察组93.33%高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血管、厚度、疼痛、色泽、柔软性、瘙痒评分均较治疗前低,且观察组较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组复发率3.33%低于对照组26.67%(P<0.05);与对照组不良反应发生率13.33%相比,观察组6.67%略低,但差异不显著(P>0.05).结论瘢痕疙瘩患者采用平阳霉素、CO2点阵激光及激素联合治疗效果显著,可有效改善患者患处皮肤色泽、柔软性、疼痛等情况,并改善血管分布评分,促进疾病恢复,且安全性高.
Objective To explore the effect of CO2 dot-matrix laser combined with hormone and pingyangmycin on keloid color and blood vessel distribution score in keloid patients.Methods 60 patients with keloids who were treated in our hospital from August 2017 to November 2018 were selected,according to the drawing method,they were divided into a control group(n=30)and an observation group(n=30).Both groups were given routine treatment,and the control group was given CO2 dot laser combined with hormone therapy,the observation group was treated with pingyangmycin on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,keloid color,blood vessel distribution score,flexibility,thickness,pain,itching score,recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the total effective rate of 70.00%in the control group,the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher(P<0.05);after treatment,the color,blood vessel,flexibility,thickness,pain,and itching scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and compared with the control group,the observation group was lower(P<0.05);the recurrence rate of the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than the 26.67%of the control group(P<0.05);and compared with the incidence rate of 13.33%in the control group,the observation group was slightly lower in 6.67%,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of keloid patients with Pingyangmycin,CO2 dot-matrix laser and hormone is effective,which can effectively improve the skin color,softness and pain of the affected area,improve the blood vessel distribution score,promote disease recovery,and has high safety.
