摘要
开展大型医疗设备效益分析评价对于规范大型医疗设备购置行为,监管运行状态,保证安全有效使用具有重要意义。但是目前三级医院大型医疗设备效益分析评价工作中存在诸多缺陷需要正视。对广东深圳某三甲医院该项工作进行缺陷分析并针对每项不足(如缺乏充分的事前采购论证,设备管理权责不明,统计数据来源不科学不严谨,医疗设备信息化动态监管能力差等实际问题)提出对应的整改意见(如进行充分的市场调研论证,重视医疗设备使用管理,信息化数据获得,维护保养信息化和加强对专科设备监管等),以供其他医院参考和借鉴。
Carrying out the benefit analysis and evaluation of large-scale medical equipment is of great significance to standardize the purchasing behavior of largescale medical equipment,supervise the running state,and ensure the safe and effective use.However,at present,there are many defects in the benefit analysis and evaluation of large-scale medical equipment in Grade III hospitals that need to be faced squarely.This paper analyzes the defects of this work in a Grade III hospital in Shenzhen,Guangdong Province,such as the lack of adequate ex-ante procurement demonstration,unclear equipment management rights and responsibilities,unscientific and imprecise statistical data sources,poor dynamic supervision of medical equipment information,and other practical problems put forward corresponding rectification opinions,such measures as full market research and demonstration,paying attention to the management of medical equipment use,information data acquisition,maintenance and maintenance of information and strengthening supervision of special equipment,etc.
