摘要
目的:对直线加速器放疗治疗晚期食管癌的效果进行分析。方法:选晚期食管癌患者68例,按照治疗方法分成观察组和对照组,分别实施常规化疗和常规化疗基础上的直线加速器放疗,对比治疗效果。结果:对照组总有效率为60.0%,观察组为88.24%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对晚期食管癌患者在化疗同时实施直线加速器放疗辅助治疗,可有效提高临床治疗总有效率,并且并未增加不良反应的发生率,临床价值显著。
Objective:To analyze the effect of linear accelerator radiotherapy on advanced esophageal cancer.Methods:68 patients with advanced esophageal cancer were divided into observation group and control group according to the treatment method,and linear accelerator radiotherapy based on routine chemotherapy and routine chemotherapy were carried out respectively.Results:The total effective rate of the control group was 60.0%,the observation group was 88.24%,the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group was not statistically significant(PP<0.05).Conclusion:Adjuvant linear accelerator radiotherapy for patients with advanced esophageal cancer during chemotherapy can effectively increase the total effective rate of clinical treatment,and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions,which has significant clinical value.
