摘要
目的:探讨经颅多普勒超声对脑梗死患者颅内动脉狭窄的诊断价值。方法:选择2017年4月~2019年4月本院收治的122例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,对患者分别进行CT血管造影检查与经颅多普勒超声检查,将CT血管造影检查结果作为金标准,评估经颅动脉超声检查颅内动脉狭窄的准确率。结果:122例患者经CT血管造影诊断颅内动脉狭窄检出率是22.14%,经颅动脉超声诊断颅内动脉狭窄检出率是20.61%,经颅动脉超声诊断脑梗死颅内动脉狭窄的准确率是93.1%,与CT血管造影检查结果对比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:经颅多普勒超声对脑梗死患者颅内动脉狭窄具有较高诊断价值,诊断准确率较高,可作为临床常规筛查或辅助诊断脑梗死颅内动脉狭窄的有效方法。
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of transcranial Doppler ultrasound in intracranial arterial stenosis in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:122 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.CT angiography and transcranial Doppler ultrasound were performed on the patients respectively,and the results of CT angiography were taken as the gold standard to evaluate the accuracy of transcranial arterial ultrasound examination for intracranial arterial stenosis.Results:In 122 patients,the detection rate of intracranial artery stenosis diagnosed by CT angiography was 22.14%;the detection rate of intracranial artery stenosis diagnosed by transcranial artery ultrasound was 20.61%;the accuracy rate of transcranial artery ultrasound diagnosis of intracranial artery stenosis in cerebral infarction was 93.1%,showing no significant difference from the results of CT angiography(P>0.05).Conclusion:Transcranial Doppler ultrasonography has high diagnostic value and high diagnostic accuracy for intracranial artery stenosis in patients with cerebral infarction,and can be used as an effective method for routine clinical screening or auxiliary diagnosis of intracranial artery stenosis in cerebral infarction.
