摘要
目的:观察光学法计数血小板(PLT-O)在EDTA依赖的假性血小板减少症(EDTA-PTCP)中的临床应用效果。方法:选取EDTA依赖的假性血小板减少症患者29例,每人分别用EDTA-K2抗凝法、枸橼酸钠抗凝法、光学法和手工计数法(PLT-M)检测血小板数量。前三种方法与手工计数法进行比对。结果:EDTA-K_2抗凝法与手工法检出结果,差异有明显统计学意义(P<0.01)。枸橼酸钠抗凝法与手工法检出结果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。光学法与手工计数法检出结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:光化学法具有简便,不受时间限制,准确度高等优点,可作为纠正EDTA-PTCP血小板计数的首选方法。
Objective:To observe the clinical application effect of optical counting platelets(PLT-O)in EDTA-dependent pseudo-thrombocytopenia(EDTA-PTCP).Methods:Twenty-nine patients with EDTA-dependent pseudothrombocytopenia were selected,and each person was tested for platelet count by EDTA-K2 anticoagulation method,sodium citrate anticoagulation method,optical method,and manual counting method(PLT-M).The first three methods are compared with the manual counting method.Results:The difference between EDTA-K2 anticoagulation method and manual method was statistically significant(P<0.01).The difference between sodium citrate anticoagulation method and manual method was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between optical method and manual counting method was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The photochemical method has the advantages of simplicity,no time limit,and high accuracy.It can be used as the first method for correcting EDTA-PTCP platelet count.
