摘要
目的:探讨清金化痰汤加减方治疗痰热郁肺型慢性支气管炎急性发作期的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年1月—2019年3月在我院接受治疗的60例痰热郁肺型慢性支气管炎急性发作期患者作为研究对象,使用随机数表法分为研究组和参照组,各30例。参照组给予常规西医治疗,研究组在参照组基础上加用清金化痰汤加减治疗。对比两组临床疗效、证候疗效与其在舌脉、发热、喘息、咳痰、咳嗽等方面的情况。结果:在证候疗效方面,研究组临床控制率明显优于参照组,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后研究组咳痰控制时长与起效时长显著短于参照组,差异显著(P<0.05);两组治疗总有效率差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:对于痰热郁肺型慢性支气管炎急性发作期,选取清金化痰汤加减治疗能有效缓解临床病症,改善生活质量,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of Qingjin huayu decoction on patients with chronic bronchitis in acute exacerbation of phlegm and blood stasis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with acute bronchitis of acute stagnation and stagnation of chronic bronchitis who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected as subjects.They were divided into study group and reference group by random number table method.The patients in the reference group were given conventional Western medicine diagnosis and treatment,and the patients in the study group were given the treatment of the reference group and the Qingjin huayu decoction was added and subtracted.Compare the clinical efficacy,syndrome efficacy and the details of the two groups of patients with tongue,fever,wheezing,expectoration,cough and so on.Results:In terms of syndrome efficacy,the clinical control rate of the study group was significantly better than that of the reference group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the cough control duration and duration of the study group were significantly shorter than the reference group.Significant(P<0.05);the difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups was not comparable(P>0.05).Conclusion:For patients with chronic bronchitis in acute exacerbation of phlegm and blood stasis type,the treatment of Qingjin huayu decoction can effectively alleviate its clinical symptoms and improve the life and quality of life of patients.
