摘要
探讨总结了浙江省世行贷款"林业综合发展项目"在开展纯林生态修复等生态建设方面的示范作用,在项目管理上创新采用"政府承贷,林农用款,政府还贷"的政府统贷统还模式,在技术上把生态修复作为项目核心理念,并同步开展项目监测和技术研究,形成一套包含6种造林模型、23种混交模式、59种树种搭配模式的技术模型体系。对今后的管理和技术创新提出了建议和思考,为林业项目提供借鉴。
This paper discussed and summarized the demonstration role of the Zhejiang World Bank loan "Forestry Comprehensive Development Project" in carrying out pure forest ecological restoration and other ecological constructions, innovatively adopting the "government loan, forest farming funds, government loan repayment" in project management The government’s unified loan and return model took the ecological restoration as the core concept of the project, and simultaneously carried out project monitoring and technical research to form a technical model system that includes 6 afforestation models, 23 mixed models,and 59 tree species matching models. It provided some suggestions and considerations for future management and technological innovation to provide reference for forestry projects.
