摘要
本文在对国内外智能工厂信息集成技术发展和应用研究的基础上,提出石化企业智能工厂中ERP与MES信息集成的框架,研究包括物料、生产任务、生产能力、生产运行、维护运行、质量运行、库存运行等在内的集成交互信息,并从主数据、数据传输、系统接口3个方面进行集成技术研究。本文提出的集成技术已在我国某大型石化企业进行了实践应用,提升企业生产信息化智能化水平,在一定程度上消除企业制造层级割裂的现象,取得较好成效。
Based on development and application research on information integration technology in smart factory all over the world, this paper proposed an information integration framework of ERP and MES in petrochemical intelligent factory, research on integrated interactive information including materials, production tasks, production capacity, production operation, maintenance operation, operation quality and inventory operation, and studied three aspects of integration such as master data, data transmission, and marked interface. The integration technology proposed in this paper has been applied in a large petrochemical enterprise in China, which has improved the level of enter prise production informatization and intelligentization, eliminated the phenomenon of enterprise manufacturing level separation to a certain extent, and achieved good results.
