摘要
目的:探讨整体护理干预对肺癌患者术后睡眠及生命质量的影响。方法:选取2017年5月至2018年5月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的肺癌胸腔镜术后患者68例作为研究对象,按照入院顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组则进行整体护理干预。比较2组护理前后的睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]及生命质量[生命质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)]。结果:护理前2组的PSQI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组的PSQI评分显著低于对照组,WHOQOL-BREF评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:整体护理干预对肺癌患者的术后睡眠质量及生命质量具有较好的改善效果,因此具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective:To explore the influence of holistic nursing intervention for postoperative sleep and life quality of patients with lung cancer.Methods:A total of 68 patients with lung cancer after thoracoscopic surgery in First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from May 2017 to May 2018 were divided into observation group and control group with 34 cases in each group according to the order of admission.The control group were with routine nursing,while the observation group were with holistic nursing intervention.Then the sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)]nursing before and after nursing and life quality[WHO Quality of Life Brief Scale(WHOQOL-BREF)]of two groups were compared.Results:The PSQI scores of two groups before the nursing were compared,there was no statistically significant differences(P>0.05),the PSQI scores of observation group after the nursing were significantly lower than those of control group,the WHOQOL-BREF scores were significantly higher than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The improvement effect of holistic nursing intervention for the postoperative sleep and life quality of patients with lung cancer is better,so its clinical application value is higher.
