摘要
目的:探讨精准肝癌切除术围术期标准流程化护理配合的应用效果。方法:选取2018年6月至2019年6月在我院行精准肝癌切除术患者35例作为观察组,采用标准流程化护理配合;选取2017年1月至2018年5月在我院行精准肝癌切除术患者35例作为对照组,采用常规护理;比较2组术后恢复指标、心理弹性水平及社会支持度。结果:观察组下床时间、排气时间及住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理7d后心理弹性水平(92.64±10.32)分高于对照组的(75.87±10.40)分,社会支持水平(39.64±3.18)分高于对照组的(31.05±3.14)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精准肝癌切除术围术期予以标准流程化护理配合,能够加快术后恢复,提高心理弹性水平,应用效果显著。
[Objective]To investigate the application effect of perioperative standardized nursing cooperation for precision liver cancer resection.[Method]Thirty-five patients with accurate liver cancer resection in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as observation groups. Standardized flow-through nursing was used. From January 2017 to May 2018, accurate liver cancer was performed in our hospital. Thirty-five patients underwent resection as a control group, and routine nursing was used. The postoperative recovery index, psychological resilience and social support were compared between the two groups. [Result]The observation group got out of bed time, exhaust time and hospital stay were shorter than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After 7 days of nursing in the observation group, the level of psychological elasticity(92.64±10.32) was higher than that of the control group(75.87±10.40), and the level of social support(39.64±3.18) was higher than that of the control group(31.05±3.14). The difference was statistically significant. Significance(P<0.05). [Conclusion] The standard flow of nursing care during the perioperative period of accurate liver cancer resection can speed up the recovery and improve the level of psychological elasticity and obtain the ideal application effect.
