摘要
目的探讨眉弓下缘手术切口和重睑去皮术在老年性上睑皮肤松弛治疗的临床效果。方法对医院2017年3月—2018年5月期间进行眉弓下缘切口及重睑去皮术矫正老年性上睑皮肤松弛的患者进行术后随访,从皮肤松弛程度、眼睑形态改变、手术前后视野变化、患者满意度、术后瘢痕等方面观察术后效果。结果术后随访三个月至一年,观察发现,术后患者均仅留有极隐匿瘢痕,患者上睑皮肤松弛均得以纠正,且因眼睑松弛下垂造成的视野变窄得以纠正,1年内未见复发,手术有效,患者满意程度高。结论手术纠正上睑皮肤松弛是中老年患者的理想选择,但具体术式应结合患者自身要求有所选择。
Objective To study the edge of superciliary arch incision and double eyelid skin surgery in the senile sagging upper eyelid in the clinical effect of treatment.Methods Follow up to observe the patients who were acccpted surgery in edge of superciliary arch incision and double eyelid peel correcting senile patients with upper eyelid skin flabby,from aspects of skin relaxtion,eyelid shape change,visual field change before and after surgery,patient satisfaction,postoperative scar etc.No recurrence was found within one year,the operation was effective,and most patients were satisfied.Results The patients were followed up for 3months to 1 year,patients with upper eyelid skin flabby are corrected,and the resulting from sagging eyelids rectified narrow field of vision.Conclusion The surgical correction of upper eyelid skin flabby is the ideal choice for middle-aged and old patients.
