摘要
目的小儿麻醉诱导期小剂量舒芬太尼与丙泊酚联合治疗的临床效果。方法选取2018年3月—2019年3月于医院就诊需进行小儿麻醉诱导的患儿86例,对照组43例仅予以丙泊酚,观察组43例则予以小剂量舒芬太尼与丙泊酚联合治疗,观察两组疗效。结果两组患儿不同治疗时间段血流动力学指标对比,麻醉前两组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后5 min观察组患儿的MAP指标明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而HR、SpO2指标对比差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患儿麻醉后不良反应症状发生率,观察组明显低于对照组,且组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床在小儿麻醉诱导期时,予以小剂量舒芬太尼与丙泊酚联合治疗对于小儿的血流动力学指标影响小,且不良反应症状发生少,临床应用安全性高,且麻醉效果好。
Objective To probe into the clinical effect of low dose sufentanil combined with propofol for induction period of anesthesia in children.Methods 86 cases of children who need anesthesia induction in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected.The control group of 43 cases were only treated with propofol,while the observation group of 43 cases were treated with sufentanil combined with propofol.Then the clinical effect of two groups were observed.Results The hemodynamic indexes between the two groups in different treatment periods were compared,and before anesthesia,and there was no significant difference between the two groups before anesthesia(P>0.05).The MAP index after operation for 5min in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the HR and SpO2 indexes between groups.The incidence of adverse reactions after anesthesia of two groups were compared,and the observation group was significantly lower than that the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the induction period of anesthesia in children,the small dose sufentanil combined with propofol which has little effect on the hemodynamic indexes of children,and the occurrence of adverse reactions is less,the safety of clinical application is high,and the anesthesia effect is good.
