基于BIM的被动式超低能耗建筑墙体保温性能测试研究 被引量:2

摘要 传统被动式超低能耗建筑墙体保温性能测试方法存在测试误差大、效果不佳等问题,为了解决该问题,文中提出基于BIM的被动式超低能耗建筑墙体保温性能测试方法研究。以被动式超低能耗建筑墙体为测试对象,选择HT-1-热流温度巡检仪、立式取暖器等,利用数据采集软件获得被测墙体传热系数。在此基础上,设计测试方法,将传热公式引入到BIM生态型建筑模型当中,再采用两种测试方法获取通道1室内墙体温度和通道2室外墙体温度热流曲线,将其作为测试数据,比较传统方法与所提方法的测试值与理论值。实验结果表明,所提方法测试值为0.395 W,更接近理论值。证明基于BIM的被动式超低能耗建筑墙体保温性能测试方法测试效果更好。 A BIM⁃based test method for thermal insulation performance of the passive ultra⁃low energy⁃consumption building wall is proposed because the test error and test effect of the traditional thermal insulation performance test method of the passive ultra⁃low energy⁃consumption building wall are low.The passive ultra⁃low energy⁃consumption building wall is taken as the test object,and the HT⁃1 heat flow temperature patrol instrument,vertical heater and so on are selected to get the heat transfer coefficient of the measured wall by means of the data acquisition software.On this basis,the test method is designed.The heat transfer formula is introduced into the BIM ecotype building model.The heat flux curves of indoor wall temperature of passage 1 and the outdoor wall temperature of passage 2 are obtained by means of two test methods,which are used as the test data to compare the test values and the theoretical values between the traditional method and the proposed method.The experimental results show that the test value of the proposed method is 0.395 W,which is closer to the theoretical value.It is proved that the BIM⁃based test method of thermal insulation performance of passive ultra⁃low energy⁃consumption building wall is more effective.
