摘要
医院对于医疗质量的管理是提高医疗服务质量是医院生存和发展的关键,同时也是医院管理的核心。医疗质量的高低不仅与患者满意度密切相关,也能关系到医院医疗卫生改革措施能否顺利推进。随着大数据的不断发展,对医疗质量的管理又提出了新的要求。大数据的出现不仅改变了人们的生产生活,也对一些产业的发展产生了重要影响。当前大数据行业已经开始在医疗行业逐步应用,而如何更好的应用大数据进行智慧医院的管理是现在医疗行业面临的重要课题。
The hospital's management of medical quality is the key to the hospital's survival and development,and it is also the core of hospital management.The level of medical quality is not only closely related to patient satisfaction,but also related to the smooth progress of hospital health reform measures.With the continuous development of big data,new requirements are placed on the management of medical quality.The emergence of big data not only changed people's production and life,but also had an important impact on the development of some industries.The current big data industry has begun to be gradually applied in the medical industry,and how to use big data to manage smart hospitals is an important issue facing the medical industry.
