摘要
为解决民用飞机健康管理典型任务需求与功能需求的可视化仿真难题,本文提出了一种基于场景的民用飞机健康管理可视化框架,在对系统工具软件STK及其在民机PHM方面特点介绍的基础上,通过节点设置、数据输入、计算显示、模型调用对框架进行了搭建,并对STK中的三维模型进行了优化处理,最后以某民航飞行为例,展示了将STK模块应用于民机PHM健康管理的实例,说明了基于STK的可视化仿真具有真实性强、效率高的优点,从时间、空间、健康管理等方面为民用飞机维护节点、任务过程、交互逻辑等的特性分析提供了有效参考。
In order to solve the problem of visual mission requirements and functional requirements of civil aircraft health management,a visual framework of civil aircraft health management based on scenario is proposed.Based on the introduction of STK and its characteristics in civil aircraft PHM,the framework is built through node setting,data input,calculation display and model call,and the three-dimensional model in STK is optimized.Finally,a civil aviation flight is taken as an example to show the application of STK module in PHM health management of civil aircraft,which shows that the visual simulation based on STK has the advantages of strong authenticity and high efficiency.It provides an effective reference for the characteristic analysis of civil aircraft maintenance node,task process and interaction logic from the aspects of time,space and health management.
