摘要
民国时期萧步丹所著《岭南采药录》,为岭南地区最具影响力的本草古籍,记载了多样化的中药炮制加工方法,主要分为五大类,分别是修治、水制、火制、水火共制和其他制法。书中记载的中药炮制特色包括:修治法应用最普遍、炭药临床应用广泛、炮制辅料种类多样、蒸制法多采用反复多次的蒸制工艺。通过研究《岭南采药录》,可传承、保护岭南特色炮制工艺,为岭南特色炮制技术的创新研究奠定基础。
Ling Nan Cai Yao Lu is an ancient Chinese herbal book in the period of the Republic of China written by Xiao Bu-dan with great influence, and it records various types of processing technology for Chinese materia medica, which are mainly divided into five types: preparation processing, water processing, fire processing, water-fire processing and other processing technology. The processing characteristics of Chinese materia medica recorded in the book include: preparation processing is the most widely used;charcoal medicine is widely used in clinical applications;processing accessories are with various types;the steaming method mostly adopts the repeated steaming process. Through the study of Ling Nan Cai Yao Lu, Lingnan characteristic processing technology can be inherited and protected, laying a foundation for innovative research on Lingnan characteristic processing technology.
