基于ARM的小型舞台升降装备控制系统研究 被引量:2

摘要 文化综合体建设是公共文化服务的重要载体,当前以基层小型文化综合体为建设目标,来振兴乡村文化,以提升文化自信。小型文化综合体内部功能装备是不可缺的,其中舞台升降装备是主要的核心装备。目前舞台升降装备控制系统均采用工控机作为核心控制器,技术较先进,但控制系统价格昂贵、便携性差、接口协议具有平台相关性等问题。而ARM嵌入式相对于工控机具有体积小、价格低、控制灵活等优点,适用于控制小型文化综合体舞台升降装备。本文在ARM上构建OPC UA通信客户端和用户功能操作界面,实现舞台升降装备控制系统上位机,与PLC及变频器之间通过以太网通信,完成舞台升降装备控制系统功能需求。经过实验验证,小型控制系统功能齐全、性能可靠、操作便捷,满足舞台升降装备各项指标要求,具有广泛的应用前景。 The construction of thecultural complex is an important carrier of public cultural services.Nowadays,to construct the small-scale cultural complex at the grassroots is an important goal,for revitalizing rural culture and enhancing cultural self-confidence.In thesmall-scale cultural complex,internal functional equipment is indispensable,among which stage lifting equipment is the main core equipment.At present,the control system of stage lifting equipment with advanced technology adopts an industrial computer as the key controller.However,it has problems with high prices,poor portability,platform dependence of interface protocol and so on.Compared with an industrial computer,the ARM embedded system is more suitable for controlling the stage lifting equipment in the cultural complex,performing competitively in scale,price and flexible control.In this paper,OPC UA communication client and user interface are built on ARM embedded equipment for the host system of stage lifting equipment control system.Besides,the host system communicates with the PLC and the inverter through Ethernet to fulfill the functional requirements of the stage lifting equipment control system.After experimental verification,the small-scale control system isfully functional,with reliable performance andconvenient operation,which can meet the various needs of stage lifting equipment,and has a wide application prospect.
