摘要
目的比较改良肩关节双注射与传统注射治疗肩袖部分损伤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析自2018-10—2019-05采用改良肩关节双注射法(改良组)与传统注射法(传统组)治疗的70例肩袖部分损伤,比较2组穿刺时疼痛评分、注射过程中出现特殊事件数、治疗后1周内皮肤异常情况、治疗后7周肩峰下异常信号数、肩关节功能评分、患肩疼痛VAS评分。结果 70例均顺利完成治疗并获得完整随访,随访时间平均2.27(2~3)个月。穿刺操作期间改良组疼痛评分较传统组低,注射期间改良组出现的特殊事件数较传统组少,治疗后1周内改良组皮肤异常情况较传统组少,治疗后7周改良组肩峰下异常信号数较传统组少,肩关节功能评分、患肩疼痛VAS评分较传统组优,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论改良肩关节双注射治疗肩袖部分损伤临床效果优于传统注射法,治疗后并发症发生率低,是一种可行的治疗方式,值得临床推广。
Objective To compare the efficacy of modified double injection and traditional injection of shoulder joint in treatment of rotator cuff partial injury. Methods Seventy patients with rotator cuff partial injury treated with either a modified double injection(the modified group) or a conventional injection(the traditional group) of the shoulder joint from October 2018 to May 2019 were analyzed retrospectively. The VAS score during the puncture process, the number of special events, skin abnormalities after 1 week of treatment, MRI of subacromion 7 weeks after treatment, shoulder joint function score, VAS score after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results All the 70 patients completed treatment and were followed up. The mean follow-up time was 2.27(2-3) months. The VAS score of the modified group was lower than that of the traditional group during the puncture operation. The number of special events during injection was less in the modified group than in the traditional group. The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The abnormal skin condition of the modified group was better than that of the traditional group within 1 week after treatment, After 7 weeks of treatment, the MRI of subacromial abnormal signals and the scores of shoulder joint function and VAS of shoulder of modified group were better than those of the traditional group. The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of modified double injection in the treatment of rotator cuff injury is better than that of traditional injection, and the modified treatment that is feasible method with low complication.
