摘要
随着倾斜摄影测量技术的不断发展和成熟,利用无人机影像进行快速、高精度三维建模成为可能,并广泛应用于测绘及其他领域。在充分考虑1∶500"房地一体化"测量中遇到的难以获取完整的房屋侧面信息,以及需大量外业调绘完成缩房檐等工作的问题,提出了基于精细化三维模型的1∶500"房地一体化"房屋数据采集方法。并以陕西省宝鸡市千阳县南寨镇某村为试验区,进行房屋数据采集,从效率和精度两方面与传统方法进行对比分析。实验表明,基于精细化三维模型的1∶500"房地一体化"房屋数据采集方法,既可有效提高作业效率,同时又能满足成图精度要求,可作为一种新方法应用于1∶500"房地一体化"测量工作中。
It has become possible to use unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)images for rapid and high-precision 3 D modeling with the continuous development and maturity of oblique photography technology,which is widely used in mapping and other fields.In this paper,a 1∶500"house and land integration"housing data acquisition method based on the refined 3 D model is proposed,because it takes full consideration of the difficulty in obtaining complete side information of houses in the measurement of 1∶500"house and land integration",as well as the problem of large amount of external adjustment and painting to complete the shrinking eaves.Taking a village in Nanzhai Town,Qianyang County,Baoji City,Shaanxi Province as a test area,the house data were collected and compared with traditional methods in terms of efficiency and accuracy.It shows that the 1∶500"house and land integration"house data collection method based on the refined three-dimensional model can not only effectively improve the operation efficiency,but also meet the requirements of mapping accuracy,It is worth popularizing and applying in the practice of 1∶500"house and land integration"measurement and related surveying and mapping work.
