片层体积无损测量装置体积测量系统研究

摘要 研究了在基于片层体积测量的三维无损测量装置中,体积测量系统的总体设计、各零部件的选型和设计、以及体积测量系统的误差分析和补偿。根据体积测量系统功能需求,设计高精度溢出容器的溢出口、溢出管角度。同时经过理论分析可得被测物体的周长与片层体积测量误差呈线性关系,通过实验建立体积测量系统输入端与输出端之间的联系,并通过测量的实验数据拟合出体积测量系统总误差补偿公式,实现被测物体在体积测量系统中的分层误差补偿,经过误差补偿的片层误差均值由0.0842cm^3优化到0.0071cm^3,误差补偿效果明显。 The three-dimensional non-destructive measurement method based on slice volume measurement has the advantages of convenient measurement,high measurement accuracy,low cost,hierarchical and ordered point cloud data set.The accuracy of liquid volume measurement in a volumetric measurement system affects the accuracy of the measured object’s lamellae while affecting the accuracy of the fataset. Accordinginal point cloud d to the functional requirements of the volumetric measurement system,we design a spill port and overflow tube with high precision overflow container. At the same time,the theoretical analysis shows that the circumference of the measured object has a linear relationship with the volume measurement error. The relationship between the input end and the output end of the volume measurement system is established experimentally and the total error compensation of the volume measurement system is fitted through the measured experimental data Formula to realize the layered object error compensation in the volumetric measurement system. After error compensation,the average layer error is optimized from 0.0842 cm to 0.0071 cm,the error compensation effect is obvious.
