高频超声对糖尿病周围神经病变的诊断价值分析 被引量:3

摘要 选择2017年1月至2019年1月2型糖尿病患者120例,其中合并DPN者为A组57例,未合并者为B组63例,60例健康体检者为对照组,均行高频超声检查。结果A组正中神经、尺神经、腓总神经外膜增厚、边界不清晰、内部回声减低,筛网结构模糊发生率高于B组、对照组,(P<0.05);三组正中神经、尺神经、腓总神经纵径、横径对比,(P>0.05);A组各神经CSA均大于B组、对照组,(P<0.05)。结论高频超声经观察DPN患者CSA值与神经异常声像表现,可准确评估患者神经损伤程度,利于临床尽早确诊周围神经病变。
