摘要
随着我国经济快速增长,大气污染也愈发严重。当前国家针对挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放控制力度已逐步加大,根据《“十三五”挥发性有机物污染防治工作方案》总体任务要求:“到2020年,建立健全以改善环境空气质量为核心的VOCs污染防治管理体系,实施重点地区、重点行业VOCs污染减排,排放总量下降10%以上”,涂装废气主要来自于喷涂、干燥过程。文章重点介绍发动机涂装线有机废气处理项目关于烘干废气处理方案、余热回收利用等方面的分析。
With the rapid economic growth of our country,the air pollution is becoming more and more serious.Currently,the state has stepped up efforts to control emissions from the Volatile organic compound,according to the overall requirements of the"fifteen"Volatile organic compound pollution prevention and control work program,"by 2020,a sound VOCs pollution prevention and control management system with improving environmental air quality as the core shall be established,and VOCs pollution emission reductions shall be implemented in key areas and industries,and the total emission shall be reduced by more than 10 percent."The waste gases from coating mainly come from the spraying and drying processes.This paper focuses on the analysis of the project of organic waste gas treatment in the engine painting line in the aspects of drying waste gas treatment scheme,waste heat recovery and utilization.
