摘要 超声筛查在胎儿心脏畸形诊断中发挥重要作用,也是开展产前筛查的关键所在,二维超声诊断技术在这其中发挥显著的作用。对于复杂先天性心脏畸形情况,其产前诊断容易出现漏诊和误诊现象,明确诊断比较困难,对于复杂性胎儿心脏畸形,二维超声诊断技术存在一定弊端。近年来,临床开始大范围尝试利用三维超声和四维超声诊断技术开展产前胎儿心脏筛查,为胎儿先天性心脏疾病诊断提供更多方向。本研究对三维和四维超声产前诊断胎儿心脏畸形的研究情况加以总结,分析该领域研究进展,为产前胎儿心脏疾病筛查提供更多指向性指标。 Ultrasound screening plays an important role in the diagnosis of fetal heart malformation,and it is also the key to carry out prenatal screening.Two dimensional ultrasound diagnosis technology plays a significant role in this.For complex congenital heart malformation,it is easy to miss diagnosis and misdiagnosis in prenatal diagnosis.It is difficult to make clear diagnosis.For complex fetal heart malformation,two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis technology has some disadvantages.In recent years,clinical trials began to use three-dimensional ultrasound and four-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis technology to carry out prenatal fetal heart screening,to provide more directions for the diagnosis of fetal congenital heart disease.In this study,three-dimensional and fourdimensional ultrasound prenatal diagnosis of fetal heart malformations were summarized,and the research progress in this field was analyzed to provide more directional indicators for prenatal fetal heart disease screening.
