摘要
从我国生态环境以及我国食用菌产业的发展现状入手,分析了我国食用菌产业发展的实际问题。根据生产数据以及部分实地考察数据,进而研究食用菌产业的协调发展道路,以实现农业废弃物的资源转化,推进农业经济的发展以及先进的技术的研发等。
China is a big producer of edible fungi,but it is not a big producer of edible fungi.Starting from the ecological environment and the current situation of the edible fungi industry in China,this paper analyzes the practical problems of the edible fungi industry in China.According to the production data and the field investigation in some places,the coordinated development path of edible fungi industry was further studied,such as realizing the resource transformation of agricultural waste,promoting the development of agricultural economy and advanced technology.
