摘要
在商流、物流、资金流、信息流相统一的辩证观导引下,从4个方面提出了食用菌产业可持续发展的分析框架。在分析框架下食用菌产业可持续发展的路径可由整合食用菌产业资源走集约化发展之路、引导食用菌经营主体开展横向分工协作、完善食用菌冷链物流系统拉动上游商品、创建食用菌产业内部信用体系盘活资本4个方面展开。
Guided by the dialectical view of the integration of business flow,logistics,capital flow and information flow,the article proposes an analysis framework for the sustainable development of the edible fungi industry from four aspects.The path of sustainable development of the edible fungi industry under the analysis framework can be:integrating edible fungi industry resources to take the road of intensive development,guiding the edible fungi business entities to carry out horizontal division of labor cooperation,improving the edible fungus cold chain logistics system,pulling upstream commodities,and creating edible fungi the internal credit system of the industry was launched in four aspects including capital activation.
